All Bayside Soap Company soaps and body items are made fresh to order please allow at 10-14 days from when you have placed your order to receive your yummy items.

• Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Shipping with delivery confirmation is available by request. Bayside Soap Company is not responsible for items marked "delivered" but are lost, wrong or incomplete given addresses, or postal damage.

• Address:
If your Paypal address is different please update it or send us a note so we are aware of the difference. It is our way of verifying the buyer and assuring it will get to the right place.

• Gift:
Sending it as a gift? Buyers shipping to addresses different are welcomed. Please please add the alternate address to Paypal. Gift packaging is available by request.

Bayside Soap Company reserves the right to independently refuse service. For example if we can not verify buyer or the buyer does not agree to terms of sale, the sale will be cancelled.
